Rates and Availability

Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum of five night rentals
• A two night deposit is required to hold reservation
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
• 13.42% Hawaii sales tax is charged in addition to rates quoted
• $200 refundable security deposit is requried
• Housekeeping provided after departure at no additional charge
• Rentals less than five days pay housekeeping charges
• This is a NON SMOKING condo.
